First book signing!

Hello from New York City! Feels great to be back in the city where I was born….things have been a whirlwind for the past few weeks; but I wanted to give you a quick update from the road.

The Way of the Happy Woman is officially launched! I’m also selling signed copies on my website and giving away the first chapter for free (including the audio version of me reading it). You can get that by subscribing for it on my homepage.

The first stop of the tour was Kripalu. I did my first yoga teacher training there 10 years ago and always love going back! This time was joined by a circle of amazing women of all ages and our retreat was a smashing success. We all left feeling inspired, connected, rejuvenated….

Next was my hometown in New Canaan where I gave my first book talk to a room of friends, family, and strangers. My whole family flew out for it, too.

I’ll be back in New Canaan this weekend teaching a retreat at Saraswati’s Yoga Joint.

I was just in NYC for my sister’s shotgun wedding. I am now living in Boulder after years in Boston. It was a sensory and culinary experience of all sorts.
