Here’s the full description of the refund policy.
Before you dive into that, the simple version is this: You can cancel at any time and if you have any issues with site usability, you email us and we help you within 1-3 business days. Please understand that we run our business according to feminine cycles and do not respond to emails immediately. We practice what we teach by taking weekend and other holidays off. Please do not send Sara Facebook messages as she neither reads nor responds to these. All private communication must come through email.
SUBSCRIPTION FEES AND BILLING. You hereby agree that, upon your subscription to the Red Tent, You shall be subject to certain immediate and automatically recurring charges which shall be billed to your credit card, unless you cancel your subscription under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The charges which You will incur, and hereby authorize, are as follows:
- Subscription for a period of Time. You may subscribe to the Red Tent for a specific period of time, under the then current billing terms per sign up page for the Red Tent page.
- Automatic Renewal of Monthly and Yearly Membership. All Monthly and Yearly Memberships shall renew, automatically and without notice, for successive periods of approximately one (1) month or (1) year, commencing upon the expiration of the Monthly or Yearly Membership, and continuing thereafter for successive periods of approximately one (1) month or (1) year, unless and until this Agreement is canceled by You or The Way of the Happy Woman LLC in accordance with the terms hereof. Each period of approximately one (1) month or (1) year shall be referred to as the “Monthly (or Yearly) Subscription Period.”
- Cancellation of Automatic Renewal of Monthly or Yearly Membership. TO CANCEL AUTOMATIC RENEWAL OF YOUR MONTHLY OR YEARLY MEMBERSHIP AT ANY TIME, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE WAY OF THE HAPPY WOMAN LLC BY E-MAIL. Cancellations made by Facebook messages or any other means are not accepted for any reason. Please also note that memberships cancellation also requires a formal exit ritual from the circle. - Cancellations Effective Upon Receipt By The Way of the Happy Woman LLC. All cancellations will be effective upon receipt through email and formal group exit on the facebook page as outlined above.
- No Pro-Rated Refunds for Cancellation of Monthly Membership. You hereby acknowledge and agree that if You cancel Your Monthly or Yearly Membership, or if Your membership is canceled by The Way of the Happy Woman LLC, Your username and password will be removed from the system at the end of the then current Monthly or Yearly Subscription period and that You will be entitled to receive the full benefits of Your Monthly or Yearly Membership until the end of such period. You shall not be entitled to any pro-rated or partial refund if You cancel Your Monthly or Yearly Membership before the end of the then current Monthly or Yearly Subscription Period. You agree that if you cancel at any time after purchasing a Monthly or Yearly Subscription to the Red Tent (e.g., 20 minutes after you sign up), You will still be charged for the full Monthly or Yearly Subscription period. You acknowledge and agree that “instant access” to the Red Tent shall not mean “free preview” of the Red Tent.
- For a Yearly Membership, you may cancel anytime within the first 30 days. You will be charged the standard monthly fee for the first month ($97), plus $311 for the 3 downloaded Kits you received as bonuses. The Way of the Happy Woman LLC will refund the rest of your yearly membership payment. If you received any other time-sensitive bonuses (e.g. a free mentoring session) with sign-up, the value of that ($200 for mentoring) will also be deducted from your refund. After 30 days, there are no refunds on your Yearly Membership for any reason. If you signed up with a payment plan and received the bonuses, then you are liable to make payments until the first month ($97) and the bonuses ($311) are paid off in full.
- Credit Card Charges Authorized. You hereby authorize The Way of the Happy Woman LLC to charge Your credit card (which You hereby acknowledge was entered by You into the sign-up page) to pay for the ongoing Subscription Fees to the Red Tent at the then current Subscription Rate.
- Automatic Credit Card or Debit Card Debit. All charges to Your credit card or debit card for the Monthly and Yearly Membership, under the terms and conditions of this Agreement, will be made in advance by automatic credit card or debit card debit and you hereby authorize The Way of the Happy Woman LLC and its agents to process such transactions on Your behalf.
- Non-Refundable Charges. All charges to your credit card are nonrefundable. In order to avoid such charges, You must cancel Your Monthly Membership.
- Refunds are discretionary. Refunds are issued in the sole discretion of The Way of the Happy Woman LLC management within the period of one month after date of purchase. In your claim, please, include explanation of reasons for a refund, and your order information. Prior to ordering, please, make sure you have carefully read and understood the product’s system requirements.
